Chicken is no longer broasted. Quality of meat is poorer and size of pieces are smaller. Chinese food was greasy and tasteless.

Ginger beef was amazing. Everything else was good.

The 18 dollar ginger fried beef contains no beef and tastes like battered pieces of fat that have been fried in burnt oil. They used ginger powder instead of fresh. It's inedible. The palace special chow mein features sad reheated noodles and the 3 small shrimp were overcooked and on the verge of being off.
This was the worst meal (it's in the compost bin now) I never ate and paid good money for.

Shameful, truly awful.

Very expensive. Poor quality produce. Tip added no bill and then the delivery person scowled when I didn't offer MORE tip/gratuity. You guys will go out of business soon and I will be happy with that.

I don’t kno what happened here, but this is not the Chicken On The Run I remember. Total grease bomb. Terrible.

delivery was awesome, very polite and on time.
spring rolls SUCKED! looked and tasted like the stuff you get in the frozen appetizer boxes at M & M's
I had also put in notes on my order when ordering all white not to send wings however it's clear the notes are not read.
if not for your delivery guy I would've given two star.
very disappointed this time around.

The chicken and fries/wedges were fantastic and came nice and warm.

Sadly the dusty hot wings were only flats, presumably because the drummettes were with all the rib pieces, but still. Sadness.

It was served very late, but they offered something to make up for it. The chicken seemed to be fried in used oil, though the staff at the counter were friendly. We really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken, and we hope they take customer feedback seriously and consider using fresh oil next time.
